Replica of an old Slavic jewel - Lunitsa (also Lunula or Luneta) from the time of the Great Moravian Empire (the 9th century CE). The original was found near Stare Mesto, the Czech Republic. Lunitsa (Little moon) is a female symbol of fertility, good fortune and a happy life. Similar jewels were worn by Slavic and Viking women. Product and copyright by Wulflund.
